SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your Spitfire Petite purchase, you may return the products along with the receipt within 14 days of receipt. We accept returns in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be given for the price shown on the receipt and in the same form as the original purchase. Returns received after 14 days of receipt, will not be accepted. Gift cards are not returnable.
Making a return
1. Mark the items on the invoice that you wish to return.
2. Mark appropriate return code on return slip.
3. Securely pack your return merchandise in a proper shipping container.
4. Call Spitfire Petite at 847-736-4511 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return shipping label. Apply the pre-paid return label and bring to a shipping facility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Clearance items (if applicable)
Clearance items are considered final sale and not refundable.
We will exchange an item for the same item if needed or process a refund if approved.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
