OPERATIONS & E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR


Amy Sport – Palm Desert, CA (Part-Time / Flexible)

Amy Sport is a growing women’s golf and lifestyle apparel brand focused on elevated design, precision fit, and luxury-performance fabrics. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to support day-to-day operations, inventory management, e-commerce updates, and administrative tasks.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and likes wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain Shopify product pages and inventory
• Enter and manage customer and wholesale orders
• Assist with fulfillment and shipping coordination
• Process invoices, receivables, and payment tracking
• Update invoice and shipping information in QuickBooks
• Prepare and organize commission and sales reports
• Coordinate seasonal sample and catalog shipments
• Help manage influencer product shipments
• Support general operational and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable learning and using technology platforms
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Interest in fashion, golf, e-commerce, or growing entrepreneurial companies is a plus

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Previous operations, administrative, or e-commerce experience
